Dominique Gribot-Carroz
Dominique Gribot-Carroz is a leading voice in innovation-driven leadership and customer experience transformation. As Managing Director and Global Head of Customer Experience at Moody’s Corporation, she has spearheaded strategic initiatives that blend technology, data, and human insight to deliver sustainable growth and customer-centric innovation across a Fortune 500 organization.
Under her leadership, Moody’s achieved a remarkable +10-point increase in NPS and earned the TSIA 2023 Award for Innovation in Customer Success. Her global approach to transformation — spanning Europe and Asia-Pacific — has been instrumental in doubling Moody’s revenues within five years through a mix of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Prior to Moody’s, Dominique built a distinguished career in strategy consulting, advising multinational clients in Industrials and Financial Services on growth, customer value, and M&A strategy.
She is also a board member, keynote speaker, and certified company director (IFA–Sciences Po), known for her perspective on AI-driven CX, customer loyalty, and ethical business leadership.
Dominique holds a Master of Science in Statistics from ENSAE, a Master of Arts from Sciences Po Paris, and an Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey Business School (Hong Kong). She also serves as Secrétaire Générale of the ENSAE Institut Polytechnique de Paris Alumni Association, supporting the advancement of the institution’s global community.
