Eleni Meziti

Eleni Meziti is currently serving as the Head of Subscription Services & Omni CX at Public Group. In this role, she is responsible for leading loyalty/ subscription services and overseeing the overall loyalty, customer value management and customer experience for the organization. Together with her team she works towards building Public’s long-term relationships with its customer base, driving consumer excitement and significant growth and margin upside. Prior to that she has served in various senior positions within Vodafone, with the most exciting challenge being to lead the youth segment team, a start-up within Vodafone that handled in a 360 way the Vodafone CU youth brand. Elenil loves working in building products, services, and teams in a customer obsessed way.
