Alexandra Tsoumani is a Customer Experience (CX) Manager at Blueground, leading distributed CX teams across Athens, Dubai, Paris, Luxembourg, Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, and after-hours operations. With nearly six years at Blueground, she has built and scaled high-performing, multicultural teams, driving alignment with business goals, productivity gains, and measurable improvements in operational KPIs and employee engagement (eNPS).
Having studied and worked across three countries in Europe and Africa, Alexandra brings a global, cross-cultural lens to experience leadership. Her background spans international sales, business development, and account management, giving her a sharp understanding of the full customer lifecycle and the commercial impact of service excellence. She is skilled in market research, negotiation, and strategic business planning, and is passionate about translating insight into practical, scalable CX programs.
