Dr. Martin Einhorn
Long-time Director Customer Analytics & Insights, Porsche AG
Dr. Martin Einhorn is a customer insights and analytics expert with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, including more than 18 years at Porsche AG.
His work focuses on understanding customer behaviour, translating insights into business decisions and strengthening customer experience. At Porsche, he contributed to the development of advanced approaches to measuring customer satisfaction and emotional engagement.
Previously, he worked in market and trend research at Audi AG. He is also a Guest Lecturer at Sigmund Freud University in Vienna and is preparing to take on a leadership role in Smart Mobility Management at the University of St. Gallen.
