Haris Tektonidis is a CRM and Customer Experience leader with over a decade of expertise in driving loyalty, growth and customer-centric transformation within the telecom, E-commerce & automotive industries. With a strong analytical mindset and hands-on operational experience, he bridges the gap between data-driven insights and human-centred customer relationships.

Haris began his career in the telecommunications sector, where he held strategic roles at major operators including Vodafone Greece and Wind (Hellas).

Subsequently, Haris joined the e-commerce leader Skroutz S.A., serving as Partners CRM Manager. There he managed complex partner relationships, orchestrated multi-brand campaigns and helped establish CRM practices as a core growth lever.

Today, as CRM & CX Manager at Autohellas Group, Haris oversees the customer database and relationship strategies for all of the company’s vehicle import brands. His mission is to nurture trust and loyalty across multiple brands and touchpoints, bringing to life the Group’s customer-centric vision: “Happy customers.”

A firm believer that Artificial Intelligence will redefine the future of Customer Experience, Haris actively explores how AI can elevate personalization, predict intent, and transform every interaction into a meaningful, proactive moment. For him, the next era of CX belongs to organizations that can balance emotional intelligence with machine intelligence.
