He has over 15 years of experience and serves as an Associate Partner at Forward in Zurich. Previously, he held senior positions at Swisscard AECS (a joint venture between American Express and Credit Suisse), at a leading Swiss hospital, and at Accenture in consulting.

As a keynote speaker, Gregorio has presented across four continents and hosts the globally recognized podcast “Business Transformation Pitch with the CX Goalkeeper.” He has co-authored books and frequently contributes to the CX and transformation community.
