Timo Reis is an international business leader with nearly 20 years of experience in general management, global operations and business transformation.

Having held senior leadership positions in Europe and the US, including Vice President Operations and General Manager, he brings a strong track record in scaling businesses, driving operational performance and delivering technology-enabled transformation. His experience includes leading international operations with over 1,000 employees and €80 million in business volume.

Currently, Timo leads Global Operations Excellence at Riverty, driving transformation, automation and AI-enabled innovation across international markets.

Most recently, he led a major customer care transformation, deploying a unified, AI-ready platform across eight European markets in just 100 days, generating approximately €1 million in annual savings.
