Panagiotis Kyziridis

Panagiotis Kyziridis is a Training & Development Senior Consultant at RESPONSE S.A. and General Secretary of the Board of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (HICS). He brings extensive leadership experience in FMCG and business development, having served as Country Business Manager for Nestlé Nutrition across Greece, Cyprus, and Albania, as well as Business Unit Manager for Dairy Products at Nestlé Hellas.

He holds an MSc in Marketing and a BSc in Business Administration and is actively involved in advancing Customer Experience, training, and people development. Alongside his professional career, he demonstrates strong social engagement through volunteer work, including former Chairman of the Greek Association of Baby Food Manufacturers, mentor and coach with Junior Achievement Greece, volunteer forest firefighter with the Forest Fire Protection Volunteers of Attica, and active blood donor.
