Peter is a dynamic and certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) with over 25 years of expertise in elevating customer interactions and loyalty. Starting his career in customer research with Air France KLM and leading research agencies, he has developed a deep-rooted focus on understanding and meeting customer needs. Throughout his journey, Peter has led initiatives across all major CX domains, including customer research, experience design, strategic planning, and innovation. He was director of Customer Experience at KLM. Known for his people-first approach, Peter thrives on transforming insights into practical, impactful solutions that drive better experiences. He is especially passionate about exploring the transformative role of AI in reshaping CX and the evolving role of CX professionals. Since 2020 he runs – together with Thirza Schaap - CX Unraveled, a CX agency based in Amsterdam where they provide keynotes, trainings, coaching and consultancy to help a diverse range of organizations  to create better customer and employee experiences
