
Odisseas Trikaliotis
As a seasoned CX professional, with more than 20 years of experience around the globe Odisseas resides in Dubai for the past 15 years. He is the Chief Experience Officer in Ipsos in UAE. He specializes in Customer Experience Design & Measurement, and applied marketing research. He works with leading clients from Government, Finance, Telecoms, Retail, Automotive and Real Estate sectors on customer experience, employee engagement, and mystery shopping programs. He is a frequent speaker at conferences covering customer experience topics. Odisseas manages training programs for clients on customer experience measurement and voice of the customer programs. He often runs workshops to help companies enhance their delivery of customer experience and has taught a variety of relevant courses at postsecondary education institutions. Odisseas holds an MSc in Consumer Behaviour from INSEAD Graduate Management School in Fontainebleau, France, and an MBA in Services Marketing from University of Miami, USA. He is a graduate of the American College of Greece, in Athens.
