Lampros is a seasoned CX and marcom professional and a human behavior aficionado, with extensive experience in running global and local CX initiatives. What’s more, he has a track record of delivering thought leadership programs, including producing content for prestigious publications and organizing presence at high profile speaking engagements such as the annual OECD Forum. Lampros’ CX background spans customer strategy transformation programs as well as practical CX interventions, across different countries and industries. He is currently driving PMI Greece’s omni-loyalty strategy efforts. Lampros holds a Masters degree in Behavioral Science and a Bachelors degree in Public Administration.
