
Elina Nikaki
Elina Nikaki is an Assistant General Manager at Eurobank, Head of Specialized Segments & Customer Excellence at Retail Banking. Her areas of responsibilities include Public Sector & Non Profit Organizations, International Retail Customers, as well as Complaints and Request Management and Customer Service Enhancement initiatives. She is a member of the Retail Executive Committee, and Retail Customer Excellence Committee. Since 2005 that she has joined the Eurobank, she has assumed several senior roles, including Head of Wholesale Banking Strategic Initiatives Division. She had started her career in 1998 working as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in New York city. She is a President at the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service since 2024, and has assumed the roles of Treasurer and Vice President, since 2000 that she has joined the Institute’s Board. Elina has a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. She is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, USA with a Master's in Information Networking and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Major in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA. She has three daughters.
